Frequently asked questions

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days after that, so most orders arrive within 4–9 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day are processed the same day. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum, and every parcel is insured at no extra cost.

Not at the moment. Satinnis ships only to addresses in the United States.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, email us at info@satinnis.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging. Read the full Refund Policy before sending anything back.

Email info@satinnis.com  with your order number and the items you want to return. Once your return is authorised, we email you the return address. Returns go to our supplier’s returns warehouse, which may be outside the United States, and parcels sent to any other address cannot be processed.

Return shipping is always paid by the customer, whatever the reason for the return, including items that are defective, damaged or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@satinnis.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, you send the item back to the returns warehouse and, after inspection, we offer a replacement, store credit or a full refund of the purchase price.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is received and approved. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the funds.

No. There are no restocking fees.

Yes, for a different size, colour or product. Contact us to start the exchange; the original item must be returned before the replacement ships.

Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email info@satinnis.co as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled and our return process applies.

Yes. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers with industry-standard encryption, and we never see or store your full card details.
